- Where do you provide connectivity?
You can check out where we’re on-net by using our interactive network map. Simply enter your postcode and a pop-up box will appear where you can enter your details and make an enquiry. Alternatively, you can download our PDF network map.
- What is LIVEQUOTE and how do I get access?
Our self-service portal, LIVEQUOTE, allows you to generate your own quotes and orders for connectivity services. Request access, and we’ll get you set up with an account. Alternatively, if you already have access to the portal you can log in here.

- How do I place an order?
If you would like to place a new order, log in to our online pricing portal, LIVEQUOTE.
- What are your notice terms?
We require 30 days written notice. If the circuit is still in term, you are liable to pay until the end of the contract.
- How do I report a network fault?
